The Panini Group is the leading company in the sticker sector (selling millions of stickers) and the fourth European publisher in the youth sector. For this project it has been designed an app to expand the universe of sticker collecting with the help of virtual reality to motivate the user to complete the album.
Surveys
Surveys have been carried out in order to correctly define the end user of the application. From the results we can conclude that the ages of the potential users will be children between 8 and 10 years old. Most of the time they use mobile devices without parental help for more than 7 hours a week. Parents have a good opinion about mixing physical and virtual methods and finally, they have a positive opinion about giving a second life to sticker albums through VR.
User persona
For the Panini VR app, four different profiles have been considered that could be potential users of our product:
Mateo: the boy who collects stickers and knows the brand.
Hugo: The kid who is more focused on the VR part.
Diego: the technology-loving father who collected as a child and collects with his son, but he needs "something more" so he doesn't get bored.
Toni: the father who has no time due to work and who is looking for games for his children to play with him.

Customer Journey
First of all, our user discovers the Panini VR app. Once the application is downloaded you have the option to choose any available album and start creating and customizing your character without having to have the physical album. In order to enjoy the virtual reality stories you will need to buy the album with the included VR glasses and get the special trading cards (available at any kiosk) with a QR to scan in the application.
Then you will be able to put on your glasses and enjoy the experience. Finally, you will be able to level up every time you scan a special sticker and complete the sticker album.
First Sketches
These are the first sketches of the application that have undergone various modifications as the Panini VR product has improved and evolved.
Sitemap
A sitemap was also created to structure all the information present in Panini VR. On the home screen we have a nav bar with the logo and the icon to access the application settings. On the other hand, in the tap bar we find the start button, my albums and a direct function to scan the special stickers. Also on the home screen we can find several banners with information and news.
Wireframes Evolution
The wireframes also underwent several iterations with the inclusion of new features such as the incorporation of a progress bar to inform the user of the level they are at without having to interact and facilitating the user experience.
